How do I return my order?

For each item purchased on SPAARKD, we consider the environmental and social impact across the entire product lifecycle of the product. We want to minimize resource consumption and eliminate waste associated with our products as much as possible.


Please note:

- Your product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, or undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging.

- Your return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the delivery to you.

- You will be responsible for the cost of the return.


If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:

1. Please reach out to our Customer Service team to request a return of your order.

2. You will receive a link to our returns portal where can select the item(s) you want to return and a reason for your return - please review your return before submitting a request!

3. Use the return label to place it on your parcel and drop it off at the nearest DHL facility to your address. Find a DHL drop-off location here.


What happens next?

- You can track your returned parcel by following the tracking link that you’ll see in the email confirming your return.

- Once your return has arrived, we will check that the returned items are in their original condition.

- Upon successful review, your refund will be issued. This may take up to 14 days after our logistics provider receives your return.
